Named after his daughter, Matilda is a passion project of Melbourne chef Scott Pickett (Estelle, Lupo). The emphasis is on local seafood and meats prepared over hot coals and open flames. It’s a more casual approach than the fine-dining lean of some of his other venues, intended to create an atmosphere of comfort and warmth – but the
